To provide a good technical service support to customers to achieve company’s goals and objective and supporting company’s business growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to customer site to perform installation, commissioning, field retrofit, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repairs of company products.
Creating quotes (Spare Parts/Service) and follow up with order entry and delivery.
Submit warranty claims to headquarters.
Prepare and submit service report to customer on‑site. Prepare and submit technical documents such as commissioning/installation reports, calibration reports, preventive maintenance reports to customers.
Able to work with Sales team to support for some sales activities when required.
Timely report to Service Manager on all service activities situation and updates.
