Job Purpose

Travel to overseas missions and ensure Service delivery fulfilment by deploying, commissioning and testing of VVIP & Enterprise VSAT remote sites as per relevant service orders.

Interface with the VVIP mission team & manage the communication and relationship with VVIP customers by performing preventive maintenance, offering relevant support to improve system performance and providing customer feedback through continuous improvement processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Remote VSAT sites deployment, commissioning & testing of VVIP missions and Enterprise customers
• Execution of site surveys for potential and existing VSAT sites and providing the relevant reports for analysis to the relevant team
• Perform withdrawal, inspection and test of VSAT equipment from the ETISALAT store
