Position Overview

Job Description
Operate and deliver after-sales and managed services to Data Center (IDC) customers
Coordinate with customers, Service Delivery teams, and relevant stakeholders
Handle service provisioning and fulfill customer service requests
Verify and control access authorization for onsite personnel
Provide Smart Hands support and other in-scope services
Troubleshoot and resolve service issues in the data center environment
Monitor services to ensure performance and availability
Conduct environment patrols to maintain order and readiness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Colocation, or Network is an advantage
Basic troubleshooting and technical support skills
