:Reporting to the Underground Engineering Coordinator, you will be part of the Engineering Department. You will be responsible for daily underground mining activities and aligning priorities according to the schedule. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and environmental standards.
Track, analyze, and report weekly and monthly KPIs to monitor production performance, assess plan compliance, and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop, review, and maintain mine development plans to support underground mining operations
Design levels, layouts, and supporting infrastructure while ensuring adherence to safety regulations, engineering standards, and operational requirements.
