Supervise and inspect the construction of wet and dry utilities (water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, HV/LV cables, street lighting, telecom, and ITS works) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and RTA standards.
Monitor the contractor’s work for adherence to approved method statements, quality plans, and safety procedures.
Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as‑built drawings for utilities works.
Witness and verify utility testing and commissioning activities, ensuring conformity to standards.
Identify and report non‑conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented by the contractor.
Coordination & Interface Management
Coordinate with RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, and other authorities to secure necessary NOCs, inspections, and approvals.
