**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Perform installation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of all HVAC equipment.
+ Install, operate, maintain, inspect, adjust and repair building equipment such as chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, fans, pumps, motors, drives, filters, plumbing fix...
