About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Engineering Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our engineering business. This is a varied role that plays a key part in office coordination, production support, and administrative operations, working closely with engineering, production, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls professionally, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person

Maintain and update planning and scheduling boards daily to ensure seamless operations

Manage the ERP system, including component details, enquiries, work orders, and purchase orders
