THE WORK
What You Will Be Doing As an Engineering Aide Sr, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and optimizing our manufacturing operations. You will work in close collaboration with the engineering and the operations team to work on a wide range of projects, from process development and implementation to equipment maintenance and repair. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of process changes and provide technical support and guidance to production staff.
