Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Responsible for managing the manufacturing engineering and product quality assurance departments for new product launches and mass production. 
Manages the APQP process for new product launches and engineering changes. 
Leads the industrialization of production processes on the factory floor. 
Oversees the ongoing maintenance of AMEF and the Plan and Control system. 
Determines labor requirements for processes. 
Ensures safe and ergonomic designs for machinery and process equipment, as well as compliance with standards such as ISO 45001. 
Manages the management system applied to manufacturing and quality assurance processes. 
Responsible for applying specific customer requirements to manufacturing and product quality assurance processes. 
Determines cycle times, staffing needs, and related costs to provide information for company management decisions.
