Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with production operators, supervisors, and support groups.
  • Maintain and control equipment spare parts.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment on time.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Support production rotating shifts and overtime as required.
  • Provide engineering support to manufacturing equipment and test processes.
  • Meet departmental cost and quality objectives.
  • Improve and upgrade production equipment hardware and control software.
  • Install and qualify new test processes and equipment.
  • Identify and rectify process problems for quality improvement and scrap reduction.
  • Support new program/model start-up and CR process.
