Supports engineers in planning, executing, and improving manufacturing operations. Their role spans documentation, coordination, quality control, and data analysis across the full production cycle.
Responsibilities - Support new products start-up and CR process
- Provide and improve the manufacturing process
- Provide production equipment and tools
- Meet departmental cost and quality objectives
- Follow up closely on daily quality trends and analyze daily quality issues
Qualifications - Diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Production Engineering / Chemical Processing Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of experience (3 years preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SMT or other manufacturing processes
