Brief Description of Job Duties:
Under limited supervision, perform standard drafting assignments based on work orders provided. Make adjustments in drawings or specifications. Prepare working plans, detailed drawings, and complete mechanical or electrical drawings for components and assemblies. Works from notes, verbal instructions, and rough or detailed sketches for engineering or manufacturing purposes. Verify completed work and check dimensions, materials to be used, and quantities.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
* Engineering Change Control Coordinator - Manage engineering changes (ECO) through the approval and release cycle using an online system. Duties also include chairing the weekly Change Control Board (CCB) meeting.
* Drafting duties - Create Assemblies and Fabrication drawings (light to medium complexity) using SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
* Check drawings and BOM's for correctness
* Perform other duties as assigned.
