Responsible for allocation of Surface tooling to internal customers based on requests and according to requirements.
- Responsible for defining scope of work to workshop and external suppliers with support from Life of Field Department
- Responsible for follow up of assigned scope of work/ job package progress towards internal & external suppliers.
- Ensure recertification, repair, modifications and maintenance of Surface tooling is performed by workshop and/or by third party according to the Company & Local requirements.
- Ensure correct reporting in applicable systems according to agreed procedures and routines (Project Status file, ETM master data, SAP etc)
- Monitor Demob of tools and ensure any required repair is performed prior to putting tool back to the warehouse.
- Manage Quality Notifications and Service Notifications for assigned projects.
