+ **Admin & Documentation:** Organize engineering permits, blueprints, and process vendor invoices.
+ **Reporting & Inventory:** Prepare daily/monthly utility reports and monitor engineering stock.
+ **Team Logistics:** Manage rosters, attendance, and leave requests for the engineering team.
+ **Safety & Compliance:** Ensure all activities strictly align with IHG health and safety policies.
