Manufacturing company located in Chihuahua, is searching for an **Engineering Director**.
The incumbent is responsible to managing overall engineering areas of operations, define the strategic plan, and executing and tracks internal KPIs.
Provide direction and leadership to engineering staff and be the liaison between local engineering, corporate and functional departments.
Leads, Identifies, and directs the execution of improvement efforts to achieving and exceeding business performance goals in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC).
- Oversee the daily activities of the Plant technical staff: Engineering, product transfers, new product introduction, laboratory technicians and metrology.
- Engineering Projects; Forward planning, labor estimates, NA Capex & Process Excellence: Responsible for the Tactical plan, quotes for new products, Capital and Expense Control....
