Techanical Engineering Operation

• Monitoring: Conduct BMS panel rounds every 2 hours for electricity, HVAC, chillers, boilers, generators, pumps, elevators, WTP/STP. Log all readings
• Shift Preventive Maintenance: Execute minor PMs per shift schedule: AHU filter changes, generator oil checks, emergency light tests, cooling tower flushing
• Breakdown Response: Respond <5 mins for power failure, AC down, no water, stuck elevator. Perform isolation, bypass, or generator startup per SOP
