**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Engineering Mgr with an active TS/SCI security clearance to work from our Annapolis Junction, or Hanover Maryland site.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for:
• Ensuring the organization's staff is meeting all program and business commitments and working with the FF Program Leadership team to drive Program Execution.
• Managing the staffing and resource allocation within the FF program and across the AIMS Cyber organization. This includes:
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Conducting performance evaluations, promotions, and career planning activities.
