Position Overview
A company in the Engineering industry is looking for a General Manager to manage and lead their team in India. The role carries full accountability for operational delivery, financial performance, and team effectiveness. The incumbent will lead a multidisciplinary engineering and support team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the India office functions as a high-performing delivery hub within the broader organisation. This includes oversight of resource planning, project delivery support, financial control, and organisational development.
Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership or General Management role within an engineering or automotive-related environment.
