Purpose:

Champion a facility?wide 6S (Sort, Set?in?order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) and Value Stream Mapping transformation that embeds Lean Manufacturing into every daily activity, eliminates waste, and drives maximum utilization of space, equipment, and people.



Core Responsibilities:



1. 6S Program Leadership

-Design, launch, and sustain a top?to?bottom 6S initiative across the entire plant.

-Conduct baseline 6S audits, set visual standards, and create daily/weekly/monthly audit cycles.

-Develop and enforce 6S policies, checklists, and signage that are easily understood at all employee levels.

2. Map current value streams

-Redesign work?stations and equipment layout to support 6S?driven flow and cellular manufacturing.
