Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities: 
Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians 
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems 
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations 
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders 
Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and reports 
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department 

Minimum Requirements: 
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering  
Relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role 
Strong knowledge of power systems, industrial automation, or infrastructure projects 
Proven project management experience 
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
