Engineering Manager – Civils

Morgan Sindall is recruiting an experienced Engineering Manager (Civils) to join our Energy business, based at our Trilogy office in Motherwell, supporting our Energy business unit, with a particular focus on the CMN3 and Harburn projects. This role will provide leadership across civil engineering activities at both pre‑contract and delivery stages, ensuring engineering excellence, compliance and innovation across our infrastructure portfolio.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of internal and external engineering resources, ensuring civil engineering deliverables are completed safely, on time, to budget and in line with project and client requirements.
