QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required. 7-10 years’ experience working in industrial machinery design and manufacturing, preferably for the heat treatment of metal parts (Working for a designer and builder of Capital Equipment REQUIRED). 3-5 years’ experience within a leadership/management role.
Have some mechanical engineering skills.
Understanding of Industrial Norms as they apply to company offerings.
