As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and coach a talented engineering team within Sainsbury’s Retail Store Operations domain. Team & Technology

The team manages in‑store stock systems that ensure accurate product sequencing and placement across stores. The stack includes:

• Backend: C# and .NET with REST APIs (Stock Platform API, Code Control API)
• Frontend: Next.js with Fable (Colleague Hub)
• Data: MongoDB Atlas (NoSQL) and Azure SQL Server
• Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub
• Mobile: Android Zebra TC53e devices integrated with DataWedge for barcode scanning
