We are now recruiting an Engineering Manager to join the Engineering function at our Denham site.

The Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead high-performing multi-disciplinary engineering teams to develop, deliver, and support complex aerospace products.

This is a senior leadership role requiring excellent people leadership, delivery focus and organisation. You will manage and develop large teams of managers and engineers across Mechanical, Systems and Software disciplines, ensuring projects are effectively prioritised, resourced, and delivered to programme objectives.
