Engineering Manager

Johnson Controls is a global leader in building technologies and solutions. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to establish, stabilize, and sustain standardized engineering processes across the Johnson Controls Chillers manufacturing network in North America.

Responsibilities Serve as the central authority for Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation governance, engineering performance metrics, and cross‑functional communications related to the release of new products and engineering changes. Provide oversight and drive process commonality across the Stiva campus (Monterrey), Durango (Mexico) facility, San Antonio (Texas) facility, and Cienega plant. Develop, standardize, and own the engineering performance metrics framework used to assess the health of engineering processes across all Chillers N. America sites.
