SR. Engineering Manager – Web Portal

About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager – Web Portal (Frontend) to lead the design, development, and scaling of high-traffic web platforms supporting Mutual Funds, Trading, Research and others web portals. This role will own frontend architecture and delivery for customer-facing platforms that demand high performance, reliability, and security.

You will work closely with Product, UX, Backend, and Business teams to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, scalable, and responsive web experiences, while building and leading high-performing frontend engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have consistent growth in software engineering roles in consumer Internet or Saa S companies, with increasing ownership in software delivery and people management year on year.
