The Commsee Crew is responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the CommSee platform, which is a core staff-facing system used by CBA’s Retail and SME frontline and back-office personnel.

The platform supports CBA’s digital-first strategy, aiming to deliver modern, intuitive, and best-in-class technology for staff to serve customers efficiently.

The team works on evolving digital and assisted technology, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs
