Role Summary
Engineering Manager partnering with the Product Lead to drive delivery for a growing engineering team. The role offers a clear path to Head of Engineering while focusing on delivery rhythm, people, and technical ownership.
Responsibilities
Own the team’s day‑to‑day, delivery rhythm, and practices to scale from ~10 to 30+ engineers.
Partner with the Product Lead to meet team commitments, managing people, cadence, and delivery.
Mentor and grow the team across Barcelona and Pune;
run 1:1s, performance reviews, career growth, and hiring.
Stay technically engaged: review designs, debug incidents, and pair on hard problems.
