This role is ideal for a proven leader with 5+ years of experience in a mission-critical manufacturing environment (specifically semiconductor/medical devices), strong knowledge of direct resource management, NPI, hands‑on team management experience, and a demonstrated ability to oversee and drive the ECO process.
