The Deputy Head of Development is a 2IC to the Head of Development in the solution centre.Their role is to assist the Head of Development in the execution of technical and personnel management duties.Deputy Heads of Development are part of the global Delivery function, reporting to the local Head of Development in their region.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Act as a direct line manager for a group of Development Leads and/or Senior Analyst Developers.
