The Engineering Manager leads manufacturing engineering efforts to support efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role oversees a team of production/manufacturing engineers and ensures strong alignment between engineering and day-to-day operations. This position focuses on process optimization, production support, and continuous improvement to drive throughput, quality, and cost performance.
