Thisposition leadstheBrazil basedDataHubengineeringsquad(sevenengineers)todeliverglobalMappersandDataHubintegrations, in closepartnershipwiththeKLDataHubteam. Thescopeincludesmapperandplatformworkforglobalstakeholders,includingNorthAmerica,underoneglobaloperatingmodel. Near-termprogramoutcomesincludeaddingmore datasourcestoDataHubanddeliveringself-servicewithBrazilastheleadregionfor acapabilitythatwillbeofferedglobally. Thesquadfollowsaninner-sourceapproachwithdisciplinedcontributionsupstream,andcoordinateswithBrazil(CreditDecisioning)throughanagreedco-developmentmodelwhencapacityisallocated. Thesquaddeliversas afull-stackteam(Java/SpringandAngularorReact),withstrongtestinganddeploymentdiscipline (CI/CD, pipelines, safe releases). TheEngineeringManagerisaccountableforpeopleleadership,deliverygovernance,hands-ontechnicalleadership(includingarchitectureandreviews),andclearstakeholderalignment
