Title: Engineering Manager

Contract: 18 months, Inside IR35

Overview:

To lead and manage a technical team; providing effective leadership as the main contact point for all team members and/or other team leaders. To maintain a technical capability that delivers critical skills and resources aligned to current and future business requirements to deliver the integrated technical programme.

Key Accountabilities:

• Accountable for leading, coaching and developing a team at a local level to deliver team and personal objectives safely and securely to meet our operational plans, including mentoring and career development of staff.
