Responsibilities

• Run planning, stand‑up, retrospectives, and concise meetings
• Unblock engineers and minimize distractions
• Partner with Product on roadmap, prioritization and execution
• Drive delivery of major features and technical initiatives
• Design and review system architecture, APIs and data models
• Balance speed, scalability, and long‑term maintainability
