Responsibilities
Run planning, stand‑up, retrospectives, and concise meetings
Unblock engineers and minimize distractions
Partner with Product on roadmap, prioritization and execution
Drive delivery of major features and technical initiatives
Design and review system architecture, APIs and data models
Balance speed, scalability, and long‑term maintainability
