Key Responsibilities Direct, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary engineers, CAD technicians, and graduates. Identify, develop, and implement safe, efficient, and value-engineered design solutions; communicate these effectively to clients and project teams. Act as the Professional Head for the design function. Guide design activities to ensure compliance with relevant technical, professional, and water company standards; approve design packages.
