Insight Global is looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager for one of our retail clients in Des Moines, IA. As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you'll work alongside and lead a cross functional agile team focused on building and maintaining customer-facing applications. You'll create reusable components that are shared across many application and work with other team members to cross-pollinate ideas and skills. You'll find, monitor, and address performance issues and take features from conception to final production deployment. You will heavily contribute to solution design, architecture build and API creation. In the role, you'll contribute heavily to user story definition that takes our technology stack into consideration, but also continue to push the bounds of what is possible.
