Overview

Matchtech is supporting our client in recruiting a Engineering Manager – Structural to lead the delivery, quality, and technical integrity of structural engineering activities for advanced offshore and floating platform projects.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing a high‑performing engineering team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful execution of complex structural analysis and design programmes in a dynamic, innovation‑led environment.
