As the Engineering Operations Manager for our Fab5 facility in Spain, you will be one of a select group of leaders responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of 300mm semiconductor equipment in a state-of-the‑art, greenfield R&D fab. You will lead a team of engineers and operations assistants to bring new tools online and support the ramp‑up of wafer processing. In addition, you will drive improvements in equipment performance, process reliability, and operational efficiency across a wide range of semiconductor engineering disciplines. Onboarding and training will take place in Leuven, Belgium until mid‑2028, after which the position location will transfer to Malaga, Spain.
