Responsibilities

Maintenance scheduling - Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all plannable activities, including planned and unplanned tasks

Deadline escalation - Escalate any planned task not completed by its due date

Cross department communication - Liaise with production scheduling and customer departments to ensure equipment availability for maintenance

Weekly planning leadership - Lead weekly maintenance planning meetings to ensure issues are captured and resolved for on time delivery

Resource coordination - Ensure all planned activities are properly resourced, including arranging external contractors when needed
