Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division currently has an opening for an Engineering Project Team Leader position located at either our Mossville, IL or Nuevo Laredo, MX facility. In this role, you will be the Product Engineer for one or more Fuel Systems product families as well as guiding the activities of 1‑3 less‑experienced PEs. The Fuel Systems team is accountable for the overall quality and warranty of existing products, support of product and process salvage improvement projects to manage costs and execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs introducing new product offerings for our dealers and customers. As a leader on the team, you will contribute to or lead strategic projects, partner with and provide guidance to general teams, and provide guidance and coaching to other FS product engineers.
