Ensure personal and field activity compliance with all COMPANY Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, andadhere to customer site rules and procedures (assuming the highest level compliance).
Attention to proactive KPI's and personal safety plans
Contribute diligently to Team Performance Plam (TPP)
Ensure RAMS are supplier for all visits
Be familiar with and comply with EQUIPMENT SERVICE processes
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers
Planning and scheduling of field service engineers and subcontractor work.
Coordinating work with other COMPANY departments
Arranging parts for service visits / breakdowns / installs
Answering incoming customer calls and handling as required
Support account managers with information on spare parts and prices
Action and respond to emails in a timely manner
