About the role - you will: - Perform sputter source repair according to Troubleshooting Flowchart upon chronic failure sources identified.
- Perform sputter source conversion according to procedure per MPS plan to make sure no source disconnect.
- Perform source/components failure analysis together with equipment engineers to improve source robustness, reduce failure rate and maintain quality.
- Responsible for proper tracking of failure components and compliance of procedure.
- Feedback to management team upon issues.
- Involving in cost saving projects, work with relevant parties to work as a team to drive cost reduction.
