About the role - you will:
Perform sputter source repair according to Troubleshooting Flowchart upon chronic failure sources identified.Perform sputter source conversion according to procedure per MPS plan to make sure no source disconnect.Perform source/components failure analysis together with equipment engineers to improve source robustness, reduce failure rate and maintain qualityResponsible for proper tracking of failure components and compliance of procedureFeedback to management team upon issuesInvolving in cost saving projects, work with relevant parties to work as a team to drive cost reductionAbout you:
