Job Description
The Engineering Supervisor (Manufacturing & Process) serves as the technical leader responsible for defining processes, enhancing existing equipment, and driving quality improvements. This role provides essential day-to-day engineering support for single-piece flow manufacturing, working closely with the Maintenance team to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities

+ Drive detailed work instructions, process definition, and controls in collaboration with the Quality department.

+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support New Product Introduction (NPI) launches.

+ Improve existing equipment to enhance quality, consistency, reduce scrap, and improve reliability.

+ Ensure production lines operate without interruptions by addressing process weaknesses and equipment issues.

+ Partner with the Maintenance team on reliability improvement strategies and preventive actions.
