Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Training & Development Manager in delivering and evolving the Engineering training portfolio.
• Deliver engaging technical training across a range of aviation subjects.
• Identify, develop, and review training needs and course content.
• Adapt delivery styles to suit a variety of learning needs and environments.
• Deliver training at sites including Bradford, Manchester Hangar, and other Jet2.com locations across the UK and Europe.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all training activity.
