This role is part of a small regionally aligned team that supports a subset of our Sales & Client Management Organization. The Enrollment Practice Leader role leads the front-to-back enrollment experience for our internal sales partners and external broker and employer stakeholders. They prioritize solutions that drive enrollment success and deliver exceptional client outcomes. This role is responsible for managing complex, high-impact cases, optimizing operational processes, and fostering strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
