We are looking for a Technical Manager to join a major project at our headquarters in Rivas Vaciamadrid .
What are we looking for?
- A Technical Responsible , with at least 5 years of experience.
- Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
- Degree: Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Work Model: Hybrid.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in complex technological environments, preferably in IR/EO systems or defense.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with motivation, clarity, and focus.
- Strategic vision, initiative, and a results-oriented approach.
