Job Purpose

Responsible for defining and driving ENIC’s enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap. This role ensures alignment between business goals and technology solutions by establishing architecture standards, evaluating emerging technologies, and collaborating with key stakeholders. The Enterprise Architecture Lead guides the architecture team, oversees complex cross‑functional initiatives, and represents ENIC in external engagements to support the organization’s overall success and growth.

Enterprise Architecture Program Leadership

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve ENEC's Enterprise Architecture framework, operating model, standards, and governance practices.
• Lead the EA maturity assessment process and implement improvement roadmaps aligned with organizational needs and industry best practices.
• Establish and oversee enterprise-wide architecture principles, policies, standards, and reference architectures. <...
