About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Engineer (CE) who will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from discovery to expansion. The CE will be quota‑carrying, leveraging AI‑augmented workflows to focus on high‑value architectural design and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery, build custom architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
- Maintain deep, continuous relationships with key stakeholders from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Ensure ongoing alignment between customer business goals and Cloudflare’s product roadmap.
- Own a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth; identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
